Q: What markets are available for potential franchise opportunities?

Q: Can I do just one Roosters restaurant?
A: We currently are only entertaining Franchisees willing and able to commit to opening multiple stores (at least 3)…Sorry
Q: I own a piece of land in a great location, can I build a brand new restaurant from the ground up?
A: No, we are only allowing Franchisees to remodel existing restaurant locations given the escalating cost of new construction and the pressure it puts on overall profitability of the restaurant.
Q: Do I have to have restaurant experience or an experienced operations person?
A: Yes, no first timers…Sorry
Q: How much royalty fee is paid to Roosters?
A: Our royalty fee is the lowest in the industry at 3.25% of gross sales. We can do this by keeping our overhead low and bringing in experienced operators that don’t need their hand held.
Q: What are the upfront fees paid to Roosters?
A: Development Fees: $10,000 per restaurant. Franchise Fee: $15,000 per restaurant for a total fee of $25,000 per restaurant.
Q: What is the cost to convert a location to a Roosters?
